Tylok International traces its roots to the original flare-less compression fitting, developed to make tubing connections faster and more reliable. That founding idea — a mechanical seal you can trust and remake — still drives how every Tylok product is designed today.
From our Cleveland, Ohio facility, we design, machine, and test tube fittings, pipe fittings, and valves for engineers who can’t afford a failed connection: oil & gas, power generation, chemical processing, food processing, and pulp & paper operations around the world.

Tylok International, Inc.
In the mid-1940s, Cullen Crawford developed and patented the original flare-less fitting (nut & double ferrule system), making it easier and more efficient to make tubing connections. Based on this innovation, he founded the Crawford Fitting Company, creating an industry for compression fittings.
Now, Tylok has been manufacturing its products in the USA for 70 years. We are continuing to innovate and provide quality-driven products to our customers.
