Needle Valves
Screwed Bonnet Needle Valve
Valves are crucial to ensuring rapid shut-off and preventing back-flow. High pressure and low pressure valves are available depending on the given application. Tylok valves offer ease of maintenance, whether you're building OEM equipment or simply need to switch off flow to a subsystem when quarter-turn, leak-free use is critical. Select valves with PTFE seats and seals for corrosion resistance, or upgrade seat and seal material for high temperature or corrosive media applications. Our valve offering includes: GP Series Ball Valves, HP Series Ball Valves, 40 Series Ball Valves, 3-Piece Ball Valves, Integral Bonnet Needle Valves, Screwed Bonnet Needle Valves, CH Series Check Valves & Plug Valves.
Tylok’s screwed bonnet needle valves are designed for flow regulation and provide leak-free shut-off in systems up to 10,000 psi. Available in stainless steel, brass and carbon steel, these valves have a variety of handle and packing options available. The screwed bonnet valve is designed with the stem packing below the threads (non-wetted threads), so the media will not come in contact with the stem threads.

Tylok’s integral bonnet needle valves are designed for flow regulation and provide leak-free shut-off in instrument air lines, instrumentation panels, test stands and analytical systems. Our needle valves are slow opening to prevent water hammer in systems where sensitive instruments are installed. Rated to 5,000 psi, integral bonnet needle valves are a compact, safe and effective way to regulate flow.
